Stay in touch with
the room as you present.

When someone has something to say, you’ll know. See the question they almost kept to themselves, the raised hand, and the moment that needs another explanation.

Bring shared questions to the surface.

People can ask in the moment and upvote questions they’re wondering about too. You can see which questions matter to more of the room.

See who has something to add.

Keep raised hands in view and acknowledge each person with a click. Bring them into the conversation when you’re ready.

Know when it clicks.

A quick understanding check gives you a sense of the room. See when it’s time to move ahead or spend another minute.

Both sides of a good conversation.

For your audience

Help more people speak up.

Make participation feel more approachable.

Ask without the spotlight.

Keep names out of the live discussion so the focus stays on the question.

Take time to find the words.

Let participants compose a question at their own pace, without interrupting your presentation.

For you

Keep the conversation constructive.

Guide the discussion with clear controls.

Review before sharing

Choose to approve questions and participant replies before they appear in the discussion.

Know who asked when it matters

Presenters can privately check who submitted a question. Each check requires a reason and records who accessed it and when.

How it works

Keep your setup.
Hear from the room.

From slides to video calls, Inquiry’s desktop overlay keeps questions and raised hands in view.

  1. 01

    Make a space.

Create a course for a regular group, or an event for a one-time gathering.

  2. 02

    Invite everyone in.

Share a link, code, or QR code. Your audience joins in a browser on their own devices.

  3. 03

    Present as usual.

Start the desktop overlay, then return to your slides or meeting. New questions and raised hands stay in view.

Where Inquiry fits

Let the room have a say.

Whether you’re teaching a class, guiding an exercise, or speaking to a crowd, see who’s asking, where people are stuck, and when it’s time to keep going.

Classrooms & campuses

Let students type the question they might not ask aloud, and see when the class needs another explanation.

Workshops & training

Find the sticking point before the next exercise, then check whether the group is ready to move on.

Presentations & events

See questions and raised hands as they come in, without leaving your slides or breaking the flow of your talk.

Before you get started

A few good
questions.

Does my audience need an account to join?

No. You can allow guests or require an account for each session. Either way, people join in a browser using your link, code, or QR code. There’s nothing for them to install.

What does my audience see when they join?

They open a simple session page in their browser. From there, they can ask or upvote questions, raise a hand, and share how well they’re following along while you present.

What if someone submits something inappropriate?

You can enable automatic moderation for each session to screen questions and replies with OpenAI and an English profanity filter. Flagged submissions stay private for presenter review. You can also require approval for every submission.

Can I see who asked a question?

Names stay out of the live question and reply threads. Presenters can privately reveal an author by giving a reason, and every reveal is logged. Raised hands show a name so you know who to call on.
